Refund Policy:

Full no quibble refund if you change your mind within 14 days of booking/purchase of any service or plan, if any service has taken place refund will be pro rata. 

No refunds with less than 24 hours notice of booked appointments. Any time used as part of a plan for an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeit.
